Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
Little colorful yellow, orange, and red mini-peppers
Feta Cheese (I prefer the mild French Feta)
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Oregano

Preparation:
Wash the peppers and cut off tops. Clean them inside and stuff them with the feta cheese. Sprinkle with plenty of oregano, and drizzle with EVOO. Marinate for an hour (they taste good right away, but waiting a little makes them even better).
